Advertisement; second draft

During class today we discussed our advertisement and decided that it needed to be more personal. Therefore, we have decided to add three more features. This include a 'HMV' logo Allie Moss's website URL and finally, a logo which represented Allie Moss's record company. Below is an image of Moss's logo;


In order to make the image stand out more we placed it over a black background on Photoshop, however when putting this on our advert this would need to be taken away and re-scaled to fit in with the rest of the advert. 
We then added the 'HMV' logo coppied from their website. In order to only select the words we wanted, 'HMV', we used the lasso tool on Photoshop to get rid of the areas around the image we didn't want.

We are happy with this outcome as it fits in with our desired look and our digipak. We also feel as though it is up to a professional standard.
